Access Duplicate Feature

  • Agent Actions Menu - Click the action button (⋮) next to any agent
  • Select Duplicate - Choose “Duplicate” from the dropdown menu
  • Clone Process - System creates exact copy of selected agent
  • New Agent Creation - Duplicated agent appears in agent list with new identifier
